KINGS COUNTY CHIEFS FINISH REGULAR SEASON IN 1ST PLACE

November 4, 2017, Brooklyn, NY - The Kings County Chiefs 12U continues its success, finishing the regular season in first place for the third year in a row. The Chiefs finished as the number 1 seed headed into the playoffs in the toughest youth football league in the NY/NJ/CT area, AAU Football NY Metropolitan.

Kings County led the entire league in scoring through the regular season and remain one of the most elite youth football teams in New York. Although the Chiefs did not completely dominate the league, as they have in past seasons, the team continued to win. The competitiveness of AAU Football NY Metropolitan is more a testiment to the level of competition than it is anything else. The league reported no undefeated teams and each age divisions final standings were separated by one game among the top 4 teams.
